Safe Water Guardian Society
The Safe Water Guardian Society recognizes individuals who make one of the deepest, most personal commitments to Water for People through planned gifts. When including a charitable interest to us in an estate plan, it means including Water for People among those people and places you value most. Bequests, charitable trusts, naming Water for People as beneficiary of an IRA, charitable gift annuities and pooled income fund contributions are among the many gift vehicles that qualify as planned gifts.

Individuals who make planned gifts to support Water for People are given membership in our Safe Water Guardian Society. Membership privileges include:
- Knowing that their gift will benefit communities for generations to come.
- A distinctive Safe Water Guardian Society lapel pin as a gift acknowledgement from partner communities throughout the world.
- Periodic “Society News” of ‘work in progress’ reports from around the world.
- Biannual study visits to our program sites with other Safe Water Guardian Society members.
